The GSV 150 list for 2023 recognizes the top companies in digital learning and workforce skills. Hotmart has been on the list since 2020
Hotmart, a global technology company and leader in the Creator Economy, celebrates its fourth consecutive listing on the GSV 150, a list developed by GSV Ventures that recognizes the world's 150 most transformational growth companies in digital learning and workforce skills.
According to the venture capital firm, the 150 companies, "are at the forefront of innovation and are constantly evolving to meet the needs of learners, educators, and companies around the world." Hotmart has positioned itself as a leading company in the creator economy, with more than 35 million users. Currently, there are more than 580,000 digital products registered on the platform, with sales in more than 188 countries.
More than 4,000 private companies backed by venture capital or private equities were evaluated, considering factors such as revenue scale, revenue growth, user reach, geographic diversification, and margins profile. According to the list, the 150 selected companies reach approximately 3 billion people, or almost half the world's population, and generate approximately US$ 25 billion in revenue. Hotmart currently employs more than 1,700 professionals and has generated over US$ 1 billion in digital content sales.
